 The project:

The project is equipped with famous brand machineries. It is forward link & expansion project of our existing project. The main machinery of the project has been imported from U.K, Germany, Italy and Taiwan. After completion of  setup the total cost is 950 lac

Product mix and capacity:

The product mix and annual production capacity of the project based on three shift basis of Spinning machine operation & one shift basis of Yarn, 8 hours per shift and 300 working days in a year is given below:

Jute Yarn- 3000 M. tons

Jute Sliver – 3500 M. tons

Cable jute Yarn-3000 M.tons

Land:

The project is located at chandipur, Faridpur.  ‘The total area of the land is 167 decimal. It is situated beside Dhaka Khulna highway. The cost of land has been estimated tk.250.00 lac. The land documents in the name of the Amena Jute fibers ltd. All infrastructure facilities like water, power, road etc. Are available in the project site. So the land is considered adequate and suitable for the project.

Building:

Total industrial still shade area is 25,000 sq feet. The estimated cost of shade is tk.300 lac including two storied office building and Raw jute warehouse , workshop security shade , workers residence and boundaries .

  Erection & installation:

 The installation of machinery is very easy and well known in the country. The machinery has been installed by the local erectors.

 Technical services and quality control:

 The technology involved in manufacturing of yarn is well known to the qualified persons who are available in the country. Moreover, the sponsor’s are educated and experienced businessman and hence, no problem is anticipated in this regards. Experienced and skilled technical person has been  recruited for smooth operation and maintenance of machinery.

Employment opportunity:

 The project has created job opportunities for 500 persons of various categories.

Contribution to GDP:

 The project will contribute tk. 1886 lac per annul to the economy of the country.

Legal status:

The project is private limited company in the name and style of Amena jute fibers limited. The company registered with the register of joint stock companies act 2009 the corporate set-up of the company is stated below:

Management and organization:

The overall management of the company would be vested with its board of directors. Moreover, the managing director will be the chief executive to dictate and supervised the overall functions and day to day operational performance of the company. In most cases his decision would be final and supreme. However for uninterrupted operation speed of the company, the Managing director would seek advice, valued comments and guidance from the Chairman. In addition, advice and consultancy services may also be sought from the experienced experts of various disciplines to be recruited for smooth operation of the project. 

Technical aspects

Project purposes and design:

The project is equipped with famous brand machineries. It is forward link & expansion project of our existing project. The main machinery of the project has been imported from uk ,germany, italy and taiwan. After completion of setup the total cost is 2,056.00 lac

The project will be equipped with most modern complete and famous brand machinery. The project will require machinery for garments section. The required machinery will be imported from abroad. The c & f cost of machinery to be imported has been estimated at us$  357142.85 equivalent to tk. 300lac (1 us $-tk. 84.00).

Erection & installation:

The installation of machinery is very easy and well known in the country. The machinery will be installed by the local erectors. The installation of machinery will be completed within seven days.

 Utilities:

Power:

The project will require connected load of 500kw. The maximum demand has been estimated at 750 kw. The required power is available for the existing project  from captive reb. And additional support also available by our diesel generator

Water:

The project is require water for factory. The require water is available from our own deep tube well

Fuel and lubricants:

The project require fuel, lubricant and gas. The requirement of fuel, lubricant.

Transportation:

The projects to be supported 1 cover van (3.0 ton) for carrying raw materials and finished goods and  two micro buses for official use

Office and factory furniture, fixtures & equipment:

Other assets of the project include office equipment, furniture, fixtures etc.

 Stores and spares:

The project will require stores & spares for the machinery and equipment at 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% of its cost for 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th year of operation respectively.

Repair & maintenance:

The annual requirement of repair and maintenance for the machinery has been estimated at 0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% of its cost for 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd, 4^th year of operation respectively.

Safety provision:

The project have adequate safety provision to fight against fire hazards and first aid. The project will be bought total fire fighting system for which an amount of tk. 4.0 lac has been estimated with the cost of local machinery
